1. Custom Product Agreement


All steering wheels and related automotive parts sold by Miami Carbon Designs are custom-made and built to order.
By placing a deposit or making full payment, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a unique, non-refundable, and non-returnable product.
No cancellations, exchanges, or refunds will be honored once production has started.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy


All sales are final. We do not accept refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to delays,
color shade concerns, or customer error. Once an order is submitted and payment or deposit is made, the order is locked in and non-refundable.

3. Production Time


Estimated production time for custom steering wheels and parts is between 3–5 weeks. Certain complex or high-demand builds may require
up to 8 weeks or longer. Production timelines are approximate and may vary depending on workload, supplier schedules,
and customizations. No refunds will be issued for production delays.

4. Installation and Liability Disclaimer


Professional installation by a certified automotive technician is required for all products sold.
We assume no liability for any damage, injury, or death resulting from improper installation or self-installation.
Any attempt at DIY installation immediately voids all warranties and support.

We do not provide installation instructions. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to understand installation requirements,
including wiring, airbag transfer, and module compatibility.

5. Airbag and Button Transfer


Our custom steering wheels reuse the original OEM airbag and button modules unless otherwise noted.
Customers are fully responsible for the safe removal and transfer of airbags and button assemblies to the new wheel.
We are not responsible for airbag fitment, compatibility, or functionality. Airbags are not included unless specified in writing.

6. Warranty Disclaimer


We offer no warranty, express or implied, for products installed outside of our certified facility.
Warranty is automatically voided in the following cases:
– If installed by a non-professional.
– If signs of improper handling or forced fitment are found.
– If the product is altered, modified, or damaged during installation.

We are not responsible for any vehicle warranty voids resulting from our products.

7. Shipping Policy and Responsibility


All items are shipped with signature required. Once a customer signs for the product, Miami Carbon Designs is released from all liability.
Damage claims must be submitted to the carrier immediately upon receipt if the item arrives damaged. Customer assumes full responsibility after delivery.

We ship globally. International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, and delays due to international processing.

8. Color Match and Material Disclaimer


While we use premium materials, including Italian leather and OEM-grade carbon fiber, exact OEM color matching is not guaranteed.
We make every effort to match colors as closely as possible, but minor differences may exist.

Alcantara and other soft materials may fade over time due to UV exposure and regular use. This is a normal aging process of the material and not covered by warranty.

9. Legal Liability Waiver


Miami Carbon Designs assumes no responsibility for damages, injuries, or fatalities resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
Steering wheels and carbon fiber components are high-performance automotive parts and may require professional knowledge to install safely.

By purchasing from us, you release Miami Carbon Designs and its affiliates from all liability relating to vehicle damage, electrical issues,
airbag malfunctions, or personal harm.

These products may affect your vehicle’s warranty and compliance with local safety laws. Use at your own risk.

10. Installation Not Included


All listed product prices are for the product only. Installation is not included unless specifically quoted in writing.
We offer installation services at additional cost in select locations. Customer assumes responsibility for understanding this before purchase.

11. Privacy Policy and Cookies


We collect limited personal data to process your order and improve your experience. This may include name, address, email, phone number,
and vehicle details. Your data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties.

Our site may use cookies to enhance user experience. By using our website, you consent to the use of cookies.

12. Changes to Terms


We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service, Warranty, and Disclaimers at any time without prior notice.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review these terms prior to ordering.

13. Acceptance of Terms


By placing an order, submitting payment, or providing a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to
these Terms of Service, Warranty Policies, and Disclaimers in full.

14. Customer Responsibility for Fitment


Customers are solely responsible for verifying compatibility and fitment of any product ordered. We are not responsible for incorrect fitment due to miscommunication, vehicle variations, aftermarket modifications, or failure to verify product specifications. If you are unsure whether a part is compatible with your vehicle, please consult a professional technician before ordering.

15. Electrical Compatibility and Errors


Custom steering wheels with digital displays, paddle shifters, and/or LED RPM lights may require additional coding or programming depending on your vehicle’s system. We are not responsible for warning lights, error codes, or loss of vehicle functions due to improper installation or vehicle incompatibility.

16. Signature Confirmation and Delivery Risk


All shipments are sent with signature confirmation. Once a product is marked as delivered and signed for, all liability for loss, theft, or damage transfers to the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the package immediately and file any damage claims with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or delivery errors caused by carriers.

17. Damage Upon Delivery


If a product arrives damaged, it must be reported to the shipping carrier and to us within 24 hours of receipt, with detailed photographs of the damage, packaging, and shipping label. Failure to report damage within this time frame voids any possible claim or assistance.

18. Handling Time and Order Queue


Orders are processed in the order they are received. Once payment is received, the item is added to our production queue. During peak seasons, there may be delays. Production does not begin until the deposit or full payment has been confirmed.

19. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction


Any disputes arising from purchases or interactions with Miami Carbon Designs shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. You agree that any legal proceedings will take place exclusively in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You waive any jurisdictional or venue defenses otherwise available.

20. Indemnification


You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Miami Carbon Designs, its owners, employees, suppliers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use or misuse of our products or website.

21. Force Majeure


We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, labor strikes, supplier delays, governmental actions, war, or pandemic.

22. Photography and Media Usage


We reserve the right to photograph and use images of customer orders for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media. No identifying information will be used without customer permission.

23. Order Completion and Storage Period

Once a custom order has been completed, the customer will be notified via the contact information provided. From the date of completion notification,
Miami Carbon Designs will hold the product for a maximum of 30 calendar days. It is the customer’s responsibility to schedule pickup, installation, or shipping within this time frame.

If no response or arrangement is made within 30 days of notification, the order will be considered abandoned. In such cases,
the product will be forfeited, and any deposits or payments made will be non-refundable. No exceptions will be granted.
