What a custom carbon fiber steering wheel actually is
It is not a universal wrap and it is not a cover. We start from your factory steering wheel and rebuild it. Your airbag, paddle shifters, buttons, heated grip and cruise controls all keep working exactly as they did from the factory. What changes is the material and the craftsmanship: real carbon fiber laid and finished by hand, the grip shape you want, the stitching you choose, and a finish built to last. This is a full custom steering wheel, made for your car, not a part pulled off a shelf.
Real materials, not stickers
You are paying for real material, laid and finished by hand, never a printed film or a hydro-dip. Most builds mix materials, and each one prices and reads differently:
- Real carbon fiber – the classic twill weave, sealed under a deep, durable clear finish.
- Forged carbon – the marbled, no-two-alike look for a face that stands out.
- Alcantara – a suede-like grip that stays planted in your hands, popular on the sides.
- Leather – a traditional wrapped grip with the stitch color of your choice.
Our build process
Every build follows the same disciplined path. First we confirm fitment for your exact make, model and year, so the wheel bolts in and every connector lines up. Then we tear down your core, lay the carbon by hand, trim and stitch the grip in your chosen materials, and finish the wheel under a hard clear coat. Nothing is rushed, because a wheel you hold at highway speed has to be right.

A clean round wheel off an older chassis sits near the bottom of the range; a loaded AMG or a fully wired C8 sits higher. You lock your build with a 50% deposit and pay the balance when your wheel is ready. Build time runs about 3 to 6 weeks, because it is made for your car, not pulled from stock. The fastest way to know your exact price is to build it in the configurator and watch the number update as you choose.
