01What the 12 month warranty covers

Every steering wheel we build is covered for 12 months from the day you receive it against defects in materials and workmanship. That includes the carbon fiber shell and finish, leather, perforated leather and Alcantara, stitching, the airbag cover if we made one, and any electronics we built into the wheel such as the LED display, heating element and paddle shifter hardware. Our wheels are built to last for years. The 12 months is the period where we fix anything that should not have happened, at no cost to you.

02What it requires

The wheel must be installed by a professional automotive technician. That can be our shop in Miami, one of our certified installers, or any qualified shop near you. The install guide we send with every wheel is a reference for the technician, not a DIY manual. A self installed wheel is not covered.

03What it does not cover

• Normal wear from use, including shine on leather grips and light fading of Alcantara from sun exposure.
• Damage from installation, forced fitment, dropped parts or modifications after delivery.
• Your original airbag, buttons and modules. They are your factory parts and transfer over as they are.
• Warning lights or electrical issues caused by wiring done outside our instructions.
• Shipping damage not reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

04How to make a claim

Depending on the problem we repair the wheel, replace the affected part or rebuild it. If the wheel needs to come back to Miami we send you a shipping label and turn it around as fast as the queue allows.

05Fitment guarantee

We confirm fitment from your VIN and photos before we build. If a wheel we confirmed does not fit your car as photographed, we make it right at our cost. This is separate from the 12 month warranty and applies from day one.

FAQQuestions we get every day

Q01How long does a custom steering wheel take?

Most wheels ship in 4 to 6 weeks from the day we confirm fitment. Builds with LED displays, heating or unusual colors can take longer, and we tell you before you pay. You get a photo update every week while it is in production.

Q02Do I keep my original steering wheel?

Yes. We build on a new wheel, so your car is never without a wheel. Your airbag, buttons, paddles and drive mode dial move from your original wheel to the new one at install time. Nothing is sent to us up front and there is no core exchange.

Q03How do you make sure it fits my car?

After checkout we ask for 2 or 3 photos of the steering wheel in your car right now plus your VIN. The VIN tells us the factory options, the photos tell us what is actually installed today. We confirm fitment before we cut any leather. Fitment is guaranteed on every build we confirm.

Q04How does payment work?

Pay 50% at checkout to start the build. The balance is due when your wheel is finished and before it ships. You can also pay in full up front, or split it with Affirm, Afterpay or Klarna at checkout.

Q05Will my airbag and buttons still work?

Yes. Your factory airbag, buttons, paddles and modules are reused, so everything works exactly as before. Installed by a professional, there are no warning lights and no coding needed on most cars. LED display and heating options connect to your car's wiring and should be done by a technician.

Q06What is the warranty?

12 months on materials and workmanship from the day you receive the wheel. That covers the carbon fiber, leather, Alcantara, stitching and any electronics we build in. It requires installation by a professional technician, either our shop, one of our certified installers or a qualified shop near you. Self installs void the warranty. Normal wear, UV fading of Alcantara and damage from installation or misuse are not covered. See the warranty section above for how to make a claim.

Q07Do you ship outside Florida?

Yes, we ship nationwide and worldwide, always with signature required. Most of our customers are out of state. International customers are responsible for customs fees and import taxes.

Q08Can you install it for me?

In Miami, yes, by appointment, same day in most cases. Outside Miami we send an install guide with every wheel and we have certified installers in New Jersey, Texas and Florida. Any shop that has swapped a steering wheel can install it.

Q09What options can I choose?

Gloss, matte or forged carbon fiber, leather, perforated leather or Alcantara grips, any stitching color, a centerline stripe at 12 o'clock, custom airbag cover, paddle shifters, heated grips and an LED shift light display with speed and RPM. Design it in the 3D configurator or send us a photo of a build you like.

Q10Can I see finished wheels for my car?

Yes. Our build books show real customer wheels by brand: BMW, Porsche, Mercedes, AMG, Corvette and Dodge, with photos on the bench and installed in the car.

Q11Will the colors match my interior exactly?

We match as closely as possible and we use premium Italian leather and OEM grade carbon, but an exact match to a factory color cannot be guaranteed. Send us a photo of your seats or a color code and we get it as close as it gets.

Q12Can I cancel or return it?

Every wheel is made to order for one car, so orders are final once production starts. No returns or exchanges. If something is wrong with the build, the 12 month warranty covers it.
